Dr. Brady and staff are the best! Been our veterinarian for all our dogs for 23+ years! Very caring and thorough. Always takes time with us at all our appointments and answers all our questions. Same-day sick appointments—our dogs are always seen and treated. Dr. Brady always calls me back the same day when I have concerns and as soon as he gets my dogs’ lab results. For 20 years, I have brought all my dogs to this wonderfully caring practice. Our previous vet closed and after careful review, we decided to come to Broomall Animal Hospital. Very pleased with Dr. Nelson!
My shepherd can be wary of new people and protective of me, so I would typically leave the room during her visits at our previous vet. My girl has no issues with Dr. Nelson or any of the techs, and I stay in the room with her the entire visit.
She’s been in for some painful stuff recently but went through her visits like a champ even though I knew she was really hurting. The vibes that put my dog at ease are huge for me.
I’m a bit of a worrier when it comes to my dog, especially since she’s had some odd issues lately. You can tell Dr. Nelson truly cares, is knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I’m probably annoying with my hundred questions, but she takes the time to go over everything, including what to watch out for and possible treatment options.
We haven’t needed to bring my couch hippo in yet, but he’ll definitely be coming to Broomall for all his future checkups.
